Ekonomiassistent

• Primarily work with accounts payable
• Work with accounts receivable and accounting may also be part of the role
• Main tasks include handling supplier invoices, payments, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
• Other administrative tasks handled by the finance department may occur, such as managing fuel cards

• Minimum education as a gymnasieekonom or equivalent
• Knowledge of accounting
• Previous experience with accounts payable
• Proficient in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Knowledge of Medius and D365 is meritorious
• Must be quick to learn, structured, and flexible
• Must be open, self-sufficient, and have the ability to prioritize between tasks
