Within Alleima and Division Tube, the Production Unit Nuclear develops and manufactures seamless tubes of advanced stainless steel and special alloys, mainly steam generator tubes and cladding tubes used in energy supply worldwide. We are also at the forefront regarding future solutions for energy production. We are now looking for an EHS & Sustainability Manager who drives our safety, work environment and environmental work and at the same time develops our long-term sustainability agenda. You get a key role in translating strategy into results in everyday life.
Jobbansvar:
Lead, coordinate, and further develop our EHS and sustainability work according to legal requirements, internal standards, and business goals
Build a 'Zero Harm' culture with a focus on preventive work and everyone's engagement
Own systematic work environment work (SAM) including risk assessments, safety rounds, training, incident/accident investigations and action plans
Ensure compliance with permits and requirements (e.g., the Environmental Code) and drive continuous improvements for energy, waste, chemicals, water and emissions
Own and develop environmental management according to ISO 14001
Drive local initiatives that support the division's sustainability goals (e.g., CO₂, resource and water use, circularity)
Ensure data quality and reporting capability for external and internal requirements (e.g. CSRD/SBTi)
Maintain robust processes within ISO 45001 and relevant AFS regulations
Ownership of EHS plan, goals, KPIs (e.g., TRIFR, observations, training), and action plans
Lead improvement projects and investment support with EHS/sustainability requirements in focus – from feasibility study to commissioning
Drive skills development (training plans, e-learning, campaigns) and digitalization of EHS and sustainability processes
Krav:
Academic degree in a relevant area (e.g., environmental/chemical engineering, work environment, production, or industrial economics)
Experienced leader with documented ability to drive EHS and/or sustainability work in manufacturing/process industry
Good knowledge of work environment and environmental legislation, ISO 14001/45001, risk methodology and investigation techniques (RCA, 5 Why, etc.)
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
