Do you want a role where you can dive deep into data and your analyses directly influence MAX's path towards becoming the world's best burger chain? As Business Controller – Sales, you are the analytical link between sales, market and management. You are responsible for following up sales results, identifying trends and providing insights that lead to concrete improvement measures.

Jobbansvar:

In collaboration with the marketing department, analyze, optimize and drive sales development based on data
Continuously responsible for sales follow-up, e.g. by holding weekly sales meetings and creating monthly reports for some of MAX's four markets
Analyze and present in-depth analyses related to the above, for example at channel level, product level or location type
Deliver decision support and business insights to other stakeholders within the organization

Krav:

Strong analytical ability with genuine interest in understanding relationships in data
Strong drive and internal motivation
Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate, creating trust through a professional, non-prestigious and attentive way of working
Experience in driving processes and being self-sufficient in daily work
Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and communicate them in an engaging way
Motivated by influencing how we drive sales and campaigns forward
Master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing
Relevant education, e.g. economics or industrial economics
At least two years of relevant work experience as business controller, business/data analyst or similar
Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Power-BI or other BI tools (programming/report building is meritorious)
Experience collaborating with, or working within marketing is meritorious
