Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst for an assignment focused on digital transformation initiatives. The role involves working with requirements from early clarification and documentation through to validation during implementation and testing. A central part of the assignment is to analyse and improve end-to-end user journeys across multiple channels, ensuring that solutions meet both business needs and user expectations. The Business Analyst will define and monitor key performance indicators related to adoption, performance, and scalability. The assignment includes creating high-level business and functional designs and ensuring clear traceability between requirements and delivered solutions. Close collaboration with product management, design, architecture, and engineering teams is required. All work must adhere to applicable regulatory frameworks, including PSD2, GDPR, AML, and EAA. The assignment is performed in an Agile context and involves work across multiple European markets.
