HiQ Sweden is looking for a driven and business-oriented Sales representative who wants to build and lead a new strategic business area connected to our global partner, Atlassian. HiQ is currently a Platinum Partner in Germany and is now entering a rapid expansion phase of its Atlassian offering in Sweden. You will play a key role in establishing and growing our Swedish services portfolio within Atlassian – from initial customer contact to closed deal.
Jobbansvar:
Own all sales of Atlassian products, services, and solutions in the Swedish market
Drive the entire sales process – from prospecting, needs analysis, and solution design to proposal, negotiation, and closing
Collaborate closely with HiQ’s Atlassian Center of Expertise in Germany to leverage the group’s capacity, expertise, and delivery capabilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Atlassian as a partner and ensure HiQ remains top-of-mind in relevant channels and customer segments
Build and develop HiQ’s Swedish services portfolio related to Atlassian
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business strategy, service packaging, and go-to-market plans
Work closely with HiQ’s broader sales force, account managers, and consulting managers to create synergies and maximize business opportunities
Represent HiQ at customer meetings, events, trade fairs, and partner activities
Krav:
Proven experience selling Atlassian products, licenses, and/or services based on a solid understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem, such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management, and Marketplace apps
Several years of B2B sales experience within IT, tech, or consulting services and Enterprise-capable i.e. ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders
Experience managing the full sales cycle independently – from prospecting to closed deal
Experience in generating and managing large deals in region
Proven ability to partner with technical leads to convert technical capability into commercial outcomes
Experience working closely with partners and vendors, preferably Atlassian specifically
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute with internal and external teams
Fluent Swedish and English
