Circle K Ekerö is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist in the daily operations of a store that focuses on delivering world-class customer experiences. The full-time role offers on-the-job training to learn how to run a retail store. Responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, and supporting the store manager, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, learning, and leadership. Monthly salary ranges between SEK 29,800 - 33,600, and the position involves variable shifts, including evening and weekend work.

Jobbansvar:

Assist the store manager in daily operations
Learn scheduling and staffing
Support your team and ensure excellent customer service
Perform follow-ups and result tracking
Gain knowledge of running a retail store
