Circle K Gävle Bro is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of a fast-paced service station. This location focuses on fuel sales, EV charging, and delivering world-class customer experiences. The role includes managing varied shifts and responsibilities supporting the store manager. Candidates will develop skills in scheduling, staffing, sales, and leadership.

Jobbansvar:

Assist the store manager in daily operations
Learn scheduling and staffing
Understand follow-ups and results
Contribute to sales, service, and customer experience excellence.

You likely have education or significant interest in sales and/or leadership
You have a high school diploma or equivalent
You speak and understand Swedish
