Accounts Receivable Accountant

• Overall responsibility for supporting and stabilizing daily operations within accounts receivable (AR)
• Ensure efficient and customer-focused processes within the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) flow
• Responsible for cash collection, reconciliations, and management of customer accounts
• Handle complex AR issues, advance payments, and escalations in a structured manner
• Drive improvements and ensure 'best practice' within the O2C process
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, accounting principles, and internal controls

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid experience in accounts receivable and the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) chain
• Very good knowledge of business systems such as IFS, Navision, or AX
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and deliver results independently
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Knowledge of another Nordic language is meriting
• Solution-oriented, structured, and a good communicator who enjoys collaborating across departmental boundaries
