  • Assist in making data-driven recommendations for order placement by evaluating factory capacity, quality standards, competitive pricing, and lead times
  • Assist in assessing factory capabilities to ensure they align with product requirements and corporate standards
  • Proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions and partner with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and realize desired outcomes
  • Support the Sourcing Manager in price negotiations to achieve the best possible margins without compromising product integrity
  • Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with both overseas vendors and internal merchant teams
  • Practice active listening and engage in respectful, timely communication
  • ask critical questions to ensure clarity and alignment across the supply chain
  • Manage daily correspondence with overseas offices and agents, ensuring all parties are updated on production shifts or requirements
  • Keep the cross-functional team aligned with the 'Time and Action' calendar, working closely with Product Development to prevent delays
  • Perform rigorous weekly production tracking to guarantee 100% on-time delivery

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technical roles (engineering, robotics, AI, or manufacturing a plus)
  • Ideally a mix of in-house and agency recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing passive candidates
