Commercial worker position at IKEA involving goods handling, customer interaction, and warehouse operations with focus on providing excellent customer shopping experience

Responsabilități:

Goods handling: reception, unloading, loading and organization in storage space for timely product delivery to customers
Knowledge, compliance and application of work procedures and methods according to daily routines
Recording and updating information related to daily processes in internal systems
Managing customer returns following return procedures
Daily interaction with customers and managing necessary information using appropriate professional language to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience
Placing orders according to their type in designated areas
Quantitative and qualitative verification of orders prepared for delivery according to department standards and objectives
Proper, safe and efficient use of work equipment to minimize accident risks
Immediate reporting of any incident regarding health or safety issues to direct manager
Taking initiative and proposing new solutions together with the team to improve customer shopping experience

Adaptability, stress resistance and solution orientation
PC system work skills/knowledge (goods reception/registration)
Physical endurance, ability to handle individual packages up to 25 kg
Availability to work in shifts and on weekends
