Fişa postului • Internal audits o Monitor and Improve: Dive deep into Kronospan's internal control processes. Help us become better every day. o Compliance Assessment: Ensure our procedures are airtight, controls are robust, and operations are smooth and effective. o Efficiency Expert: Evaluate management procedures to keep us running like a well-oiled machine, all while staying within corporate policies and government regulations. • Benchmark & Policy Prep: Create ad hoc benchmarks, guidelines, and policies that set the standard. • Internal Trainings: Share your knowledge and train our teams to be the best. • Collaborative Reviews: Discuss audit findings with lead auditors and senior management, driving impactful decisions. Profil • Degree in Economics or a related field – Bring your analytical prowess to the table! • Fluent in English – The language of business, with bonus points for other languages! • Mandatory travel (50% of work hours or even more) – Pack your bags and get ready for an adventure! • Driving license and active driver – Hit the road with confidence! • Previous experience in accounting or controlling is a plus but young people in the last university year or fresh graduates are also more than welcome. • Excellent communication skills – From boardrooms to factory floors, you'll be a master of dialogue. • Strong team player – Together, we'll conquer any challenge! • Planning, administrative, technical, and audit investigative skills – You'll wear many hats, and we'll provide the cap!
