Technical Lead for Service Management Applications within the Technical Operations TechOps department, responsible for managing critical applications that support electricity distribution network tools

Responsabilidades:

Lead the technical evolution of critical applications for managing tools that support the electricity distribution network
Monitor application performance and reliability to ensure business continuity
Identify and maintain a clear backlog of technical debt to support the Product Owner in prioritizing the roadmap
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to mitigate potential vulnerabilities and increase availability
Interact with vendors and clients with the main goal of resolving incidents and problems
Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 service availability

Requisitos:

University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial Management Engineering, or a related field
Service management certifications such as ITIL V4 and ISO20000
Management and administration of service management tools (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM)
Programming and/or scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript)
Knowledge of SQL
Service Management Frameworks (ITIL v4, ISO20000)
Drafting application and systems requirements

Desejável:

Service management certifications such as ITIL V4 and ISO20000
Drafting application and systems requirements (preferably OT)
