Senior Resolutions Generalist position in the Resolutions Kitchen team, working 40 hours per week in a hybrid model with some days at the Remote Customer Meeting Point in Loures. The role focuses on providing excellent post-sale customer service and support across multiple channels.

Responsabilidades:

Provide excellent customer service across all channels
Analyze and resolve all post-sale processes through phone, chat, and email support
Know the product range, sales system, and services provided by IKEA
Take responsibility for finding the best solution for the customer and the business to ensure satisfaction and trust in the brand
Provide support to our stores and business partners through quick and simple phone support
Ensure IKEA values are incorporated in all customer interactions

Requisitos:

Passion for customer support and problem-solving
Good verbal and written communication skills
Initiative, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
Enjoy working in a digital environment
Enjoy working in a team
Passion for IKEA products, decoration, and home life
Good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher) and computer skills
