Sales Team Leader position at IKEA focusing on Kitchen & Dining department, responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer shopping experiences, maintaining shop standards, and driving sales performance

Responsabilidades:

Lead by example every day on the shop floor, supporting, challenging and coaching coworkers
Focus on putting the customer first in everything within the store shop
Ensure every customer has a shopping experience that exceeds expectations
Take full responsibility for ensuring shop is in excellent shape as new and fully stocked
Take responsibility for department goals and ensure action plan is in place and communicated
Define individual contribution and goals for delivering the department plan
Create high level of knowledge about products' features and benefits and share with customers and team
Be proactive in finding opportunities to maximize sales through understanding customers and local market
Act quickly on commercial opportunities
changing availability of products and customer feedback
Actively sales steer to department's top-selling products, prioritized products and IKEA service products
Execute meaningful actions based on outcome of key performance indicator analysis
Actively promote the IKEA social and environmental commitment

Requisitos:

The right attitude and behaviour to sell actively and help customers
Passion about leadership and people development in the IKEA Way
Understanding of customer behaviour
Understanding and active use of the Selling the IKEA way and Pricing the IKEA way manuals
Sales steering
Sales location management/sales space capacity
IKEA product range, including service products
Range presentation
Knowledge about competitors and your local market
The IKEA values reflect your own values
