Sales Team Leader position for Lighting and Home Organization department at IKEA, responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maximizing sales through effective shop management and commercial opportunities.

Responsabilidades:

Lead by example on the shop floor supporting, challenging and coaching coworkers
Focus on putting the customer first in everything within the store shop
Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience
Take full responsibility for ensuring shop is in excellent shape (new, fully stocked, with four merchandising basics in place)
Take responsibility for department goals and ensure action plan is communicated
Define individual contribution and goals for delivering department plan
Create high level of product knowledge and share with customers and team
Be proactive in finding opportunities to maximize sales
Act quickly on commercial opportunities (changing availability, customer feedback)
Actively sales steer to top-selling products and IKEA service products
Execute meaningful actions based on KPI analysis
Promote IKEA social and environmental commitment

Requisitos:

The right attitude and behaviour to sell actively and help customers
Passion about leadership and people development in the IKEA Way
Understanding of customer behaviour
Understanding and active use of the Selling the IKEA way and Pricing the IKEA way manuals
Sales steering
Sales location management/sales space capacity
IKEA product range knowledge including service products
Range presentation
Knowledge about competitors and local market
IKEA values alignment
