Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing high-value deals. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that clearly communicate value propositions. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on managing large deals within the Public Sector. Experience with customers in the Oil & Gas and Telecommunication industries is highly preferred. Strong professional network and established relationships across targeted industries, including government agencies and entities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset. 5–7 years of relevant industry experience. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are essential.
