Logistics team member responsible for the entire process of moving IKEA products: from when they arrive at the warehouse to customers' homes. Working in three main areas: replenishment, picking, and loading/unloading.

Responsabilidades:

Replenishment - Ensure product availability for customers in partnership with other area teams, anticipating stock needs according to sales forecasts and commercial calendar
Picking - Collect, pack and deliver orders directly to customers in store, or prepare shipping through transport service
Loading and Unloading - Receive products and replenish them in respective sales areas, handling pallet trucks and/or forklifts

Requisitos:

Interest in learning about retail operations, inventory management and logistics systems
Common sense for making decisions based on clear analysis of available information
Aptitude for working at tactical and operational levels, as well as implementing and optimizing processes
Enjoy working in teams and establishing trust-based relationships through clear and objective communication
Motivation to deal with customers and ensure the best possible shopping experience
Entrepreneurial spirit to find new ways of doing things that add value to the team and business in the context of omnichannel operation
