Opis stanowiska:

Join Biedronka as an assistant store manager, where you will organize the team's work, contribute to sales achievement, ensure store functionality, and engage customers. Obowiązki:

Planning and organizing team work
customer service at the cash register and sales floor
ensuring product availability and proper display
store functionality oversight
placing orders
preparing and placing price tags
maintaining cleanliness in and around the store

Wymagania:

Experience in coordinating a team
communication skills
ability to work independently and proactively
goal-oriented towards sales targets
readiness for physical work across three shifts and weekends
engagement and teamwork-focused attitude
