Opis stanowiska:

Assistant Manager position in Biedronka store located at Krzeszowice, ul. Trzebińska. Responsibilities include team coordination, customer service, ensuring store operations, and maintaining standards. The offer includes an employment contract, various financial perks, training, and promotion opportunities.

Obowiązki:

Planning and organizing team work
professional customer service at the cash register and the sales floor in accordance with company standards
ensuring product availability, display, and store functioning in accordance with procedures and standards
order fulfillment
preparing and placing correct pricing using a collector
maintaining order in the store and its surroundings.

Wymagania:

Experience in team coordination in retail, service, or gastronomy
communication skills, independence, and proactivity
goal orientation towards sales targets
readiness to work 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and on weekends
readiness for physical work.
