Assistant Store Manager position at Biedronka, working in one of 3400 stores. Opportunity to work for Poland's largest employer in a stable company with development opportunities.

Obowiązki:

Planning and organizing team work
Providing professional customer service
Store operation according to procedures and standards
Order fulfillment
Responsibility for product availability and display
Preparation and placement of correct price labels
Maintaining cleanliness standards in and around the store
Minimizing losses through analysis and procedures
Cash register operation
Staff supervision and task assignment
Inventory management and order processing
Internal controls and documentation

Wymagania:

Experience in team management
Experience in retail work
Customer service skills
Knowledge of store procedures and standards
Ability to plan and organize team work
Responsibility for product availability and display
Cash register operation skills
Inventory management experience
