Opis stanowiska:

Join Biedronka as a Deputy Store Manager, responsible for organizing team work, customer service, product availability and display, and maintaining store operations. Collaborate with a team and work towards achieving sales goals.

Obowiązki:

Planning and organizing team work
customer service at the cash register and in the sales area
ensuring product availability and proper product display
handling orders
preparing and placing price labels
maintaining cleanliness in the store and its surroundings

Wymagania:

Experience in coordinating team work
communicative, independent, and proactive in action
goal-oriented towards sales targets
readiness for physical work, working 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night), and weekends
engaged and team collaboration-oriented
