Opis stanowiska:

Work at Biedronka as Deputy Store Manager in Łódź Bałuty. Responsibilities include planning and organizing team work, customer service, ensuring product availability and proper display, handling orders, preparing price tags, and maintaining cleanliness. Expected to have experience in coordinating team work, communicative skills, independence, proactivity, goal-oriented towards sales targets, and willingness to work 3 shifts and weekends. The job offers a full employment contract without probation, bonuses, multiple benefits, onboarding, and promotion opportunities.

Obowiązki:

Plan and organize team work
serve customers at the cash register and sales floor
ensure product availability and proper display
handle orders
prepare and place price tags
maintain cleanliness in and around the store

Wymagania:

Experience in coordinating team work
communicative, independent, and proactive
goal-oriented towards sales targets
willing to do physical work, work 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night), and weekends
engaged and cooperative
