Samodzielne strukturyzowanie i prowadzenie transakcji kredytowych w obszarze structured finance (finansowanie specjalistyczne) dla wiodących dużych firm i przedsiębiorców działających na polskim rynku (ale nie tylko)
Analizę i weryfikację modelu biznesowego Klienta, projektu/transakcji i towarzyszących modeli finansowych pod kątem zdolności kredytowej i ryzyk, negocjowanie warunków finansowych, klauzul oraz całościowej treści umów kredytowych i zabezpieczeń (we współpracy z prawnikami zewnętrznymi, wewnętrznymi i zespołami wsparcia/administracji)
Opracowanie wewnętrznych aplikacji kredytowej. Prezentowanie transakcji na komitetach kredytowych
Koordynowanie procesu transakcyjnego wewnętrznie i zewnętrznie (zespoły Klienta, prawnicy, doradcy, inne banki)
Kontakty z innymi bankami w ramach procesu organizacji kredytów konsorcjalnych
Budowanie relacji z Klientami, zewnętrznymi partnerami biznesowymi oraz współpracującymi jednostkami wewnętrznymi (m.in. coverage, ryzyko, treasury, investment banking)
Monitorowanie transakcji, a następnie wsparcie zespołu monitoringu.

Wymagania:

Masz doświadczenie zawodowe na podobnym stanowisku (minimum eksperckie) i chcesz się w nim rozwijać
Lubisz poznawać nowych Klientów, negocjować, koordynować i szukać rozwiązań
Jesteś gotowa/y do ciągłego rozwoju umiejętności i budowania wiedzy w multidyscyplinarnym środowisku pracy
Posiadasz umiejętność analitycznego i krytycznego myślenia
Dobrze organizujesz swoją pracę i bierzesz odpowiedzialność za realizację wyznaczonych celów
Umiesz pracować pod presją czasu i realizujesz zadania terminowo
Dbasz o szczegóły i jednocześnie rozumiesz ‘big picture’
Biegle posługujesz się językiem angielskim (mile widziane inne języki)
Doskonale znasz i umiesz wykorzystać pakiet Office (w szczególności Excel i Powerpoint)
Interesujesz się analizami przedsiębiorstw pod kątem finansowym, rynkowym, otoczenia konkurencyjnego, procesów biznesowych oraz potrafisz wyciągać wnioski ze sprawozdań finansowych.
