Stażysta/Stażystka w Dziale Learning and Development

• Support in the creation and implementation of development programs
• Support in planning and organizing trainings and training programs
• Creating and updating training materials (including translating materials to/from English)
• Activities in social media
• Support in communicating L&D projects to employees (preparing communication drafts, informational materials using basic graphic tools such as Canva, Prezi or similar)
• Administrative support for the L&D Team
• Creating reports, updating status overviews and summaries for the L&D Team

• Student status (preferred fields of study: psychology, management, pedagogy, sociology, HR or related)
• Interest in competence development, training, and knowledge management
• Good work organization, accuracy, ability to set priorities, proactivity
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Communicative level of English would be an asset
• Willingness to work on-site at the office in Pass near Błonie
