Our KYC Wholesale Banking team is responsible for ensuring the financial security of ING Bank Śląski's strategic clients and the ING Group. We support the establishment and maintenance of relationships with the largest companies in Poland and around the world, ensuring that processes comply with applicable law and regulatory standards. On a daily basis, we deal with the analysis of client documentation as part of Customer Due Diligence (KYC) processes, non-financial risk assessment, and operational risk projects carried out in cooperation with the Compliance Department. We work closely with other teams in the bank and experts from the ING Group, while actively developing process automation. We put the customer at the center of our actions, combining high quality, responsibility and a modern approach to banking.

Obowiązki:

participate in the process of establishing a relationship with a Wholesale Banking client by analyzing client documentation during Customer Due Diligence - Know Your Customer (KYC)
support the team in assessing the non-financial risk of a Wholesale Banking client before establishing a relationship with the client
participate and support the team in projects related to operational risk, conducted by the Compliance Department regarding the proper functioning of customer identification procedures within the Strategic Clients Department
cooperate with other teams in the bank and ING Group (Compliance
local and global client advisors)
actively participate in the team's task automation processes

Wymagania:

student (min. 2–3 year) or graduate (up to 2 years after graduation) in fields such as: administration, economics, finance and accounting, law or related
available 30 - 40h weekly
ability to work with MS Office package
knowledge of English at an intermediate level
analytical thinking and ability to connect facts
organized person who pays attention to details
characterized by a desire to deepen knowledge and gain experience

Mile widziane:

experience with KYC/CDD/AML processes
