Internship in a bank branch at Galeria Arkadia. An opportunity to start a career in one of the leading international banking institutions with comprehensive training and development support.

Obowiązki:

Participation in training on banking products, sales model, quality book and NPS research principles
Providing high-quality customer service
Managing customer traffic in the branch
Initial presentation of bank products and redirecting to appropriate specialists
Customer education and support in self-service for financial and non-financial transactions
Implementation of digitization and customer service quality improvement projects in SMART Branch
Participation in marketing campaigns

Ability to handle difficult customers
Very good command of Polish and English languages
