Opis stanowiska:

Join the Regulatory Asset Oversight team at GSK and take your first step toward a career within a global biopharmaceutical leader. As an intern, you will support product lifecycle management by working directly with advanced systems such as Veeva Vault and Smartsheet.

Obowiązki:

Operational Support: Assisting the RAO team in executing day-to-day tasks and less complex regulatory projects
Documentation & Meeting Management: Preparing materials and agendas, and ensuring project documentation is organized and up to date
Action Coordination: Drafting meeting minutes and monitoring the timely completion of actions assigned to team members
Leading Small Sessions: Leading short regulatory meetings and workshops to gather data and clarify ongoing issues with stakeholders
International Communication: Liaising with stakeholders across various global locations to collect project updates and escalate issues as needed
System Maintenance: Regularly updating trackers, schedules, and records within Smartsheet and Veeva Vault systems

Wymagania:

Student of biological, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related scientific disciplines
English Proficiency (min. B2+)
Availability between 20 and 35 hours per week
Soft Skills: High level of professionalism, excellent self-organization, and strong attention to detail
Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn regulatory processes and master specialized software
