Internship in the Real Estate Management Department at Citi, offering opportunity to gain first professional experience in a leading international banking institution with training and support throughout the internship period

Obowiązki:

Support in real estate analysis through collecting and analyzing real estate market data
Monitoring the real estate portfolio
Support in negotiations and communication with tenants
Assistance in preparing and reviewing real estate lease documents (e.g., lease agreements, annexes)
Assistance in organizing and archiving real estate documentation
Support in preparing reports and presentations
Work with analytical tools and IT systems

Wymagania:

Availability for full-time work
Student in management, administration, economics, finance, law or similar fields
Basic knowledge of the commercial real estate market
Good knowledge of MS Office package
Good analytical skills
Very good knowledge of Polish and English languages
Proactive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn
