This job offer is for a customer service specialist (Assistance/Medical) in Warszawa, Poland. Responsibilities include organizing roadside assistance for insurance agreements, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining high customer service standards. The role demands customer service experience and knowledge of PZU assistance products. Obowiązki:

Organization of roadside assistance within insurance agreements
contact with service providers cooperating with PZU for client support following established procedures
issuing decisions about granting or denying services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures and OWU
customer service with a focus on the highest standards to increase customer satisfaction

Wymagania:

Min. 3 months of experience in customer service
knowledge of products offered by PZU in the organization of assistance services
knowledge of customer service professional principles
high interpersonal skills
