Obowiązki:
telephone (incoming calls on the helpline) and email handling of insured persons, as well as handling inquiries directed through a dedicated panel for the insured
providing reliable information regarding the scope of insurance and the status of reimbursement claims
registration and handling of claims under health programs
ongoing support for helpline consultants in answering difficult and unusual questions from the insured, unrelated to appointment scheduling
cooperation with other departments for efficient customer service
performing backup functions for the secretariat during absences (including handling correspondence, couriers, KSeF, EOD)
Wymagania:
experience in telephone customer service (preferably in the insurance industry)
empathetic person with natural communication skills with clients
enjoy contact with people and can accurately recognize their needs
able to organize work well and manage time effectively
