Obowiązki:

Lead and execute full-cycle SAP FI/CO implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and migration projects, including S/4HANA transitions
Configure and support core SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), and more
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions
Guide data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across financial data sets
Facilitate workshops, conduct system testing, and support go-live activities
Work in Agile or SAP Activate environments, contributing to sprint planning and delivery cycles

Wymagania:

8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including at least 2+ full lifecycle implementations
Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, etc.
Experience with Agile/Activate methodologies
Experience with engaging stakeholders and leading workshops
Knowledge of integration with SD, MM, PP, and HCM modules
English B2+

Mile widziane:

Experience with S/4HANA
Knowledge of foreign languages
Extensive experience with Data Migration, specifically for SAP
Knowledge of SAP Data Migration strategies and tools, i.e, Migration Cockpit/Object Modeler, etc
SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance
