LeverX is seeking an experienced SAP Business One Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP Business One solutions for clients, with a specific focus on Finance, Logistics, Warehousing, and EDI integration. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and business process knowledge to deliver seamless ERP solutions to meet organizational goals.

Obowiązki:

Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and translate requirements into SAP Business One solutions
Configure and implement SAP Business One functionalities, with a focus on: Finance: Chart of accounts, financial reporting, AR/AP, banking, and cost accounting. Logistics: Sales and purchasing processes, order-to-cash cycles, and inventory management. Warehousing: Inventory tracking, warehouse optimization, and barcode/scanning integrations. EDI Integration: Setup and support EDI transactions with partners, suppliers, and third-party systems
Follow project plans, timelines, and ensure successful project delivery
Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live support to maximize system adoption
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while ensuring minimal business disruption
Customize and enhance SAP Business One through add-ons and integrations
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and supply chain departments

Wymagania:

3+ years of experience as an SAP Business One Consultant
Proven expertise in SAP Business One modules, specifically in Finance, Logistics, and Warehousing
Hands-on experience with EDI Integration (e.g., XML, X12, or EDIFACT standards)
Strong knowledge of business processes across finance, supply chain, and inventory management
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in customizing and integrating SAP Business One with third-party systems
Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
English - Upper-Intermediate and above

Mile widziane:

Certification in SAP Business One or related ERP systems
Familiarity with EDI tools like SPS Commerce, B2B EDI software, or integration platforms
Previous experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, distribution, or warehousing
Understanding of process automation and supply chain optimization
