Our client is a rapidly growing technology company based in the USA and Poland, specializing in the development of advanced software solutions for the financial sector, with a focus on CFD brokers. As a non-broker entity, it focuses on delivering innovative social trading applications, proprietary trading software, as well as hosting and support for MT4/MT5 servers. Primarily targeting registered brokerage firms, it does not recruit individual traders, highlighting its specialized approach to the industry. Through its commitment to technology development, the company provides its corporate clients with the tools necessary for effective trade management and operations. We are looking for talents who wish to join a team of experts and work together on the future of financial technologies.

Obowiązki:

development of a low-latency trading system
participation in technical work planning and making key architectural decisions
monitoring applications, profiling code, and optimizing at the microsecond level
identifying and eliminating system bottlenecks at the code, JVM, and network levels
integration with external data providers
code review and sharing knowledge and best practices with the team
close collaboration with Quant teams (trading data science) to understand, analyze, and implement trading algorithms

Wymagania:

minimum 7 years of experience in Java programming, including practical experience in low-latency systems
very good knowledge of the Java language and concurrency-related issues
communication skills and ability to effectively work in a team
knowledge and practical application of Clean Code principles
knowledge of Java, Kafka, gRPC, REST, WebSockets
higher education (IT or related fields)
fluent knowledge of the Polish language in speech and writing
