Become the face of our brand and have contact with customers from the moment they cross the threshold of one of our shops. As a Rituals Advisor, you will be part of our mission, helping customers discover the magic of our products and creating a unique atmosphere for them in their daily rush. Every customer is unique to us, and your skills will make them feel cared for and inspired.

Obowiązki:

Creating unforgettable customer experiences using the 'water island', offering personalized advice and helping choose ideal products
Active sales and supporting the team in achieving sales results
Maintaining the aesthetics and order in the salon according to standards
Adhering to workplace safety rules
Close cooperation with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve set goals

Wymagania:

Experience in retail sales or gastronomy
Well-developed teamwork and customer service skills
Ability to understand customer needs
Customer service quality orientation
Attention to detail
Well-organized and orderly
Availability to work full-time/part-time, including most weekends, considering shopping mall hours
