Opis stanowiska:

Our department, Enterprise Applications, is carrying out numerous projects for the implementation and development of ERP solutions. Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead enterprise-level projects such as rollouts on new markets and ERP projects while managing timelines, risks, budgets, and communication effectively.

Obowiązki:

Time, change, budget and scope management throughout the project lifecycle
proactive assessment and mitigation of project risks
regular reporting of project status to Project Sponsor, internal stakeholders and Steering Committee
managing Project Team working on implementation of ERP systems, entering on the new markets or other projects touching enterprise applications, supporting execution of core business
shaping the project management approach in the organization and ensuring changes are implemented as intended and in a timely manner

Wymagania:

Experience in managing IT projects in international environment (at least 2 years)
specifics of running ERP implementation, migration or replacement
experience with ERP systems
high communication skills, ability to communicate with developers and business
advanced English and Polish skills
independence and adaptability to new solutions and challenges
very good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Sharepoint
project management certificate such as PRINCE2, PMBoK, Agile PM or similar
