Join IKEA Industry Orla as a Production Team Manager. You will lead the production team in the HDF area, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supporting the team, as well as overseeing the technological process and product quality.

Obowiązki:

Lead the production team in the HDF area
Ensure safety and good working conditions
Supervise the technological process and product quality
Plan monthly and annual stops
Use production systems and report results
Support team development

Wymagania:

Experience in a managerial position in production
Knowledge of HDF production process
Familiarity with Labor Code regulations in terms of management, work time planning, and health and safety
Ability to solve technical problems using tools like RCA, A3
Logical thinking and data analysis skills
People-oriented approach
Openness to new experiences
English proficiency at least at B1 level
