Praktyki letnie w dziale HR at Biedronka offers a three-month paid internship opportunity in Gdańsk, Poland. Interns gain experience in recruitment processes, HR tools, and participate in recruitment-related events.

Obowiązki:

Supporting recruitment team in daily work and ongoing projects
Participating in recruitment processes at different stages, from job posting to candidate contact
Learning and using recruitment systems (ATS) and HR tools
Maintaining contact with candidates via phone and email
Taking part in recruitment and employer branding events like job fairs
Cooperating with HR team on current activities and initiatives.

Wymagania:

Student or graduate of economics, management and marketing, human resources management, social sciences
Availability to work for 4 months (June – September)
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
Proactive and willing to work in a team.

Co oferujemy:

Contract with monthly salary from 5280 to 6072 PLN gross, depending on worked hours (hourly rate of 33 PLN gross/h)
