Opis stanowiska:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented OTC Associate for new SSC.In this position, you will be responsible for allocating funds to specific accounts to achieve financial goals and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet the organization's immediate and short-term obligations. This role also involves maintaining constant contact with suppliers and preparing data for activity reports.

Obowiązki:

Ensure accurate posting of cash transactions to customer accounts
Prepare, monitor, and analyze accounts receivable aging to identify risks and opportunities
Perform monthly tasks, including posting sales reports accurately
Handle cash allocations and credit notes, resolving customer inquiries promptly
Generate and distribute account statements and invoices accurately and on time
Execute the dunning process and send reminders to customers
Process account reconciliations as needed
Assist in month, quarter, and year-end closing activities

Wymagania:

Bachelor’s degree or student of economics, finance, accounting, or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in Customer Set up and Maintenance, Cash Application, or Cash Collections, including internships
Former experience with systems: SAP, Concur would be advantageous but not essential
Proficient in Excel, including lookup formulas and pivot tables
Fluency in English min. B2
