Obowiązki:

  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów — telefonicznie, mailowo, przez LinkedIn oraz podczas wydarzeń branżowych
  • Monitorowanie rynku i identyfikacja nowych możliwości biznesowych
  • Umawianie i prowadzenie spotkań sprzedażowych (online i offline)
  • Przygotowywanie ofert, prezentacji, umów oraz propozycji współpracy
  • Analiza zapytań ofertowych oraz współpraca z działem rekrutacji i IT przy dopasowywaniu rozwiązań
  • Negocjowanie warunków współpracy i finalizacja kontraktów
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z obecnymi klientami (upselling, cross-selling)
  • Wspieranie Zarządu w działaniach strategicznych — analiza trendów, rekomendacje działań sprzedażowych
  • Udział w budowaniu strategii sprzedaży i optymalizacji procesów handlowych
  • Reprezentowanie firmy na targach, konferencjach i wydarzeniach branżowych

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy z klientem
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i samodzielność
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia rozmów handlowych i negocjacji
  • Ambicja, zaangażowanie i nastawienie na realizację celów
  • Rozwinięte kompetencje interpersonalne i biznesowe
  • Chęć rozwoju w branży IT
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2 (w mowie i piśmie)

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży usług IT lub body leasingu (nawet niewielkie)
  • Pierwsze doświadczenia w negocjacjach i pozyskiwaniu klientów (w Polsce lub za granicą)

  • carrying out other orders of the superior given during a conversation or in the form of a professional order in writing
  • regular reporting and careful supplementation of the system in the field of order fulfillment and cooperation with customers (CRM)
