Młodszy Specjalista ds. obsługi napraw powypadkowych – ICFS

• Coordinating the process of accident repairs in nationwide workshop networks
• Ongoing customer and contractor service in the area of repairs and accident damage settlement
• Creating and verifying cost estimates in systems (Eurotax and Audatex)
• Preparing damage documentation enabling compensation from the Insurance Company
• Cooperation with workshops, insurers, and internal company departments

• Minimum 3-year professional experience (preferably in a similar position or customer service)
• Responsibility and maturity in business relations
• Ability to multitask and consistently achieve goals
• Highly developed communication and organizational skills
• Minimum secondary education, higher education preferred

Experience in damage settlement (e.g., as a technical/meritorious adjuster in an insurance company)
