Dla nowego inwestora, który stawia zakład w Radomiu, poszukujemy kandydata/-ki na stanowisko Manufacturing Engineer - jeśli komunikujesz się w j. angielskim, posiadasz doświadczenie w tworzeniu i wdrażaniu procesów produkcyjnych w branży technicznej oraz jesteś gotowy/-a do wyjazdów zagranicznych w fazie budowy zakładu to możliwe, że szukamy właśnie Ciebie!

Obowiązki:

Participation in launching new production lines and workstations as part of the greenfield project
Co-creating and implementing technological processes in the area of mechanical processing
Creating, updating and standardizing process and technical documentation (work instructions, layouts, checklists)
Analysis and classification of process risks, implementing preventive actions
Process optimization in terms of efficiency, quality and ergonomics
Supporting operators and the production team in daily technical problem solving
Cooperation with machine suppliers and the maintenance department during installations and startups
Active participation in creating a culture of continuous improvement

Wymagania:

Technical education (preferred fields: mechanics, automation, mechatronics, production engineering)
Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level - mandatory requirement
Proficiency in computer and MS Office package
Availability for foreign business trips during the plant launch phase
Readiness to work in a dynamic greenfield project environment
Teamwork skills, openness, initiative and commitment
Problem-solving orientation, independence in action
Analytical thinking skills and basic knowledge of lean manufacturing tools
