Opis stanowiska:

Join our team as a Store Manager (Kierownik Sklepu) at Biedronka, responsible for overseeing a team, meeting sales targets, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store according to company standards.

Obowiązki:

Managing a team of around 25 people
motivating, developing, and recruiting employees
achieving sales and loss optimization goals
managing product availability, merchandise display, and store compliance with procedures
serving customers professionally at the cash register and sales floor
supporting the team in physical tasks related to the store's daily operations.

Wymagania:

Experience in team management
strong communication, independence, and proactivity
goal-oriented in sales and loss optimization
ready for physical work and shift-based system (including weekends and holidays)
minimum secondary education
engagement and teamwork-oriented
willingness to learn and develop new skills.

base salary of 7800 PLN gross plus performance bonus
