Opis stanowiska:

As an IT Development Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the design, implementation, and development of software supporting and optimizing business processes. This role combines programming experience with managerial tasks, serving as a technical leader and mentor to your developer team. You will engage in decision-making on technological solutions, shaping the vision of in-house development while also growing your managerial and technical expertise in one of the largest food retail companies in Poland.

Obowiązki:

Managing the work of a team of developers, including traditional and low-code development
planning and aligning task priorities with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and supporting team development
contributing to software design and delivery in line with business requirements, design guidelines, and market standards
participating in strategic decision-making regarding in-house software development
co-responsibility for technical solution architecture and technology selection in development
defining and enforcing department work standards, including quality, performance, security, and technological culture
designing and developing efficient, scalable, and stable software
close collaboration with IT system architecture, IT integration, IT data management, and other application teams
cooperative work with external vendors for IT solution development and maintenance
engaging in team development and supporting initiatives to improve business and technical processes.

Wymagania:

Minimum 5-year experience in software design, development, and delivery
experience in backend, frontend, and mobile solutions
ability to work onsite in Warsaw or Kostrzyn
strong knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL, relational databases, Docker, Kubernetes, queues, web services, React, Python
basic knowledge of SAP ERP for integration and programming
basic knowledge of business analysis, functional analysis, process optimization, and team management
ability to design functional and performance tests for delivered solutions
proficient in English at B2 level or higher
higher education in IT, computer engineering, or related
independent, detail-oriented, communicative, proactive, and open to challenges
ability to combine technical and leadership skills to inspire team success.

Mile widziane:

Knowledge of SAP ERP for integration and programming.
