Scanfil Poland Sp. z o.o. is part of the Finnish Scanfil Group. The main headquarters is in Sievi, Finland. We are a contract manufacturer and system supplier for the electronics industry with 50 years of experience. Our customers are global corporations for whom we realize a wide range of services. From design through production and materials procurement to logistics solutions. We produce under the customer's brand. We operate mainly in the areas of electronics, mechanics and system integration. The group includes 16 factories in Europe, Asia, North America and Australia. All Scanfil factories employ over 4,700 people. Scanfil in Sieradz is the largest factory in the Scanfil group. We employ over 1,000 employees.

Obowiązki:

Optimization and improvement of production processes according to Lean Manufacturing principles
Establishing the production process in cooperation with managers and engineering
Determining the actual efficiency of operators and machines
Analysis of the causes of efficiency losses
Supervision and coordination of reorganization activities and design of new production lines
Supervision of new product implementations from the Lean side - establishing production 'flow'
Management and participation in strategic projects, OpEx and new machine implementation projects - project management in English
