Inside Sales Representative position in Warsaw for acquiring and servicing business customers through phone channel, maintaining customer database, working with CRM systems, and performing administrative tasks.

Obowiązki:

Acquiring and servicing business customers (phone channel)
Current customer assistance, explaining discrepancies
Maintaining and developing customer database
Working with CRM systems (including Salesforce)
Administrative tasks related to department operations, including preparing sales contracts

Wymagania:

Experience in telephone sales or customer service
Positive attitude
Excellent customer relationship building skills
Strong communication and active listening skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
Ability to plan and organize work independently
English communication skills at B2/communicative level
