HR Specialist with German

• Managing HR administration processes across the entire Employee Life Cycle (hire to retire)
• Preparing and maintaining employee documentation (contracts, annexes, certificates, confirmations)
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintaining HR data in HR systems and ensuring data accuracy
• Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries
• Cooperating with internal stakeholders (Payroll, HR Business Partners, Recruitment)
• Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal HR policies and local labor law requirements
• Providing HR support mainly for Germany

• German language proficiency at minimum B2 level (daily working language)
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration, HR operations, recruitment, or a similar HR-related role
• Good understanding of HR processes and documentation
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data
• Good organizational and communication skills

Experience with HR systems will be considered an asset
