For our client – a global competence center – we are building a new strategic procurement team to support international sourcing activities. If you are an experienced procurement professional eager to work globally while remaining locally engaged, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Obowiązki:

Lead global end-to-end sourcing processes (RFI/RFP, e-auctions), from requirements gathering to supplier selection and awarding
Manage global IT contracts, including renewals, amendments, and compliance monitoring
Ensure regulatory and third-party risk compliance in line with internal procurement policies
Collaborate with international stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs
Support vendor relationship management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
Contribute to strategic procurement initiatives, including ESG alignment and cost optimization

Wymagania:

Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. supply chain, engineering, finance, business)
Min. 4–5 years of IT procurement experience, preferably within a global or financial services environment
Strong experience in sourcing Software, SaaS, Hardware, and/or IT services
Skilled in contract negotiation, drafting, and review
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP/procurement systems
Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1 level)
Proactive and adaptable mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
