Flight Dispatcher

• Flight Planning: Develop comprehensive flight plans according to EASA requirements, considering factors such as weather, NOTAM, airspace restrictions, aircraft performance, and passenger requirements
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate with pilots, ground staff, and other departments to ensure all aspects of flight operations are aligned
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all flights comply with national and international aviation regulations, including EASA regulations
• Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor flights in real-time, making adjustments as necessary to maintain safety and efficiency
• Third-Party Coordination: Serve as the main liaison with third-party providers, including ground handling services, permit providers, and catering companies, to ensure all necessary arrangements are made for each flight, and any issues are resolved promptly

• Experience as a Flight Dispatcher, preferably in the private aviation sector
• Flight Dispatcher License or Certificate, ATPL, PLL, or any Instruction related to aviation
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, weather analysis, flight planning software and Jeppsen Charts
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly
• Proficiency in English
• knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus
• Familiarity with flight dispatch software such PPS, Foreflight … and other aviation tools
• Right to work in EU mandatory
