Opis stanowiska:

You will join the team that is the AI expert center in one of the leading Polish banks, where you will co-create AI solutions according to the needs of our customers, translating them into specific requirements for AI/GenAI and ML solutions. On a daily basis, you will cooperate with Polish AI engineers and a global service providing the AI platform, being responsible for communication, coordination and contracts in an international environment. You will also co-create and implement AI Governance and an AI training program for the entire organization.

Obowiązki:

Coordinate cooperation with the global service providing platforms for building and implementing AI solutions within the bank (communication, SLA, backlog, agreements, contracts)
Collect and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technological specifications for AI, GenAI and ML solutions
Constantly cooperate with AI engineering and Data Science teams in designing, validating and implementing models and MLOps components
Lead AI/ML initiatives end‑to‑end: planning, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies and status communication
Design and implement AI Governance (responsible AI principles, regulatory compliance, privacy-by-design, model monitoring)
Prepare and conduct training, workshops and educational materials on AI/GenAI for business and IT units
Define KPIs and success metrics for AI solutions and prepare reports for stakeholders (business, IT, compliance)

Wymagania:

Experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant in the AI/ML/Analytics area (preferred in banking or finance)
Knowledge of AI, GenAI and Machine Learning solutions (use cases, limitations, data quality, risk assessment, model monitoring)
Practice in coordinating IT projects (planning, backlog, dependencies, risks
communication with stakeholders)
Fluent communication in English and Polish (B2/C1) in an international environment and ability to lead meetings and workshops
Ability to independently carry out complex tasks and work with multiple stakeholders (business, IT, compliance, security, global group services)
Understanding of AI Governance and Responsible AI principles (e.g., regulations, AI ethics, data protection, auditability, explainability)
Experience in international corporations and intercultural work – preferred experience with large global companies

Mile widziane:

Knowledge of MLOps/ModelOps, cloud (GCP), Data/BI tools, basics of SQL/Python
Possess contracting practice
Ability to analyze risk for AI solutions
