• Collaborating with HR Business Partners and managers to plan and execute training and development initiatives
• Analyzing development needs in selected business areas and advising on suitable solutions
• Co-developing development projects for the entire organization or selected employee groups
• Selecting top diagnostic and training solutions available in the market
• Conducting training sessions, workshops, and meetings onsite and virtually

• Minimum 4 years of experience in training, consulting, or HR-business collaboration in large organizations
• Higher education with a focus on learning and development
• Experience creating training programs and implementing supportive measures
• Knowledge of Development Center and 360-degree feedback processes
• Ability to identify development needs and assess development process effectiveness
• Good understanding of the training market
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Miro, and Mentimeter
• Certification in FRIS®, MTQ48, or other diagnostic tools (additional asset)
